This notice explains how RemitVerify collects, uses and shares information when you visit our website, request a diagnostic or funding-readiness check, arrive through a referring partner, upload documents or purchase a service.
We may collect contact and business information you submit, estimates entered into an eligibility or funding-readiness check, referring-partner attribution, agreements, bank statements and correspondence you choose to upload, records of communications with us, and basic website and device information.
We use information to respond to requests, assess agreement language and financial activity, prepare diagnostics and paid services, communicate about a case, improve and protect the service, maintain business records, and comply with applicable obligations.
Information may be shared with service providers that support hosting, document storage, communications, analytics, payments and professional operations. When you arrive through an ISO or other referring partner, RemitVerify may provide that partner with limited status information about the referral and whether you may wish to be contacted for another business-funding review. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or prevent misuse, or in connection with a business transaction. An independent law firm receives information only when you separately request or authorize an introduction or engagement.
RemitVerify may ask whether you are interested in being notified about a future, separately operated consumer-financial marketplace. Expressing interest does not submit an application and does not authorize RemitVerify to send your information to a marketplace or financial-product provider. Before any such information is shared, RemitVerify will provide additional disclosures and obtain any consent required for the specific marketplace experience.
RemitVerify does not sell the MCA agreements or bank statements submitted for a diagnostic or service.
Consent to marketing email is optional and is not required to request a diagnostic. You may unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email. We may still send service communications needed to respond to your request or administer a purchased service.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, maintain required business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and meet applicable obligations. You may contact us to request deletion; some information may be retained where permitted or required.
We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect submitted information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
You may request access, correction or deletion of information by contacting us. Rights may vary based on location and applicable law.
The service is intended for business owners and authorized business representatives and is not directed to children.
We may update this notice and will post the revised effective date on this page.
