Halyard Capital Group · Agreement #HC-88213 · Prepared Aug 14, 2026

How we calculated your $3,960 a month.

Every deposit into your account over the last six months, checked against your agreement's definition of revenue. This isn't an estimate — it's the same documentation basis we'd hand to Halyard Capital Group if you move forward with Full Advocacy, so we built it to hold up to their read, not just yours. This is a sample built from an illustrative example — your real report will use your own agreement and bank activity.

Step 1 · Excluded deposits

4 deposits, $7,400, that aren't revenue

Your agreement counts revenue as receipts from the operation of your business — not every dollar that touches your account. Each exclusion below is a deposit we found and removed, with the specific reason it doesn't count, so nothing here is a judgment call you have to take on faith.

TRANSFER FROM RIVERSIDE SAVINGS …4471
Aug 3, 2026
$3,000
Moved from the owner's own savings account at the same bank — money changing accounts, not money coming in from sales.
Internal transfer
SBA EIDL LOAN DISBURSEMENT
Aug 9, 2026
$2,500
Loan proceeds. This is financing activity, the same category as the MCA funding itself at origination — your agreement's revenue definition excludes financing, not just this one loan.
Financing proceeds
STATE TAX REFUND — DEPT OF REVENUE
Aug 15, 2026
$1,100
A refund of tax you already paid, not a receipt from selling anything — it doesn't reflect the business's actual sales performance.
Non-recurring
REVERSAL — DUPLICATE POS BATCH 8/21
Aug 22, 2026
$800
Your processor posted the same card batch twice and corrected it two days later. The original batch is already counted in revenue below — including this too would count the same sale twice.
Duplicate correction
Step 2 · Revenue deposits

Step 3 · The clause this rests on
Merchant Agreement with Halyard Capital Group · Section 4.2, “Reconciliation” · Page 6
“In the event Merchant's actual revenue for a given period falls below the Projected Revenue used to establish the Specified Daily Amount, Merchant may request an adjustment to the Specified Daily Amount, or a refund of amounts collected in excess of the Purchased Percentage of actual revenue, upon written request and supporting documentation.”
Step 4 · How this holds up

Independently checked the classifications and math before this report was released to you — a different person from who prepared it.
Every exclusion above carries a written reason, stored with this report — nothing is removed silently.
The calculation is deterministic and versioned — the same inputs will always reproduce this same result, on demand.
This is the version of the math that would be attached as an exhibit to a demand letter, if you choose Full Advocacy — built for a funder's counsel to check, not just for you.
