RemitVerify requests financial documents only after a merchant completes the preliminary eligibility step and chooses to continue.
We request only the agreements, statements and correspondence reasonably needed to evaluate the requested diagnostic or service.
Documents are submitted through a Dropbox File Request. A merchant does not need access to RemitVerify’s internal folders and cannot view another merchant’s submission through the request link.
Access to submitted documents is limited to RemitVerify personnel and service providers who require the information to perform the requested review or support the service.
RemitVerify does not request online-banking usernames or passwords through the website, email or Dropbox upload process.
Documents are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to complete the requested work, maintain appropriate records and meet applicable obligations. Merchants may contact RemitVerify to request deletion, subject to permitted or required retention.
